Customer service is Katelin’s expertise, and her people skills are second to none.

Raised in Hobart and very happy to stay, she revels in the city’s recent cultural boom with so many new restaurants, bars, cafes and galleries available to explore and enjoy.

Katelin’s career has included roles at RACT, Telstra and most recently in Qantas’ Premium Contact Centre.  She’s been a team leader, worked on product testing and delivered a session on customer service in a nation wide training program.

Not surprisingly, Katelin is super organized and a perfectionist with her work. She is committed to delivering the best outcomes for clients and absolutely thrives on a challenge.

Katelin has a vibrant personality and tells us she’s been a big talker since she could walk! She’s a great addition to our team, keeping the Studio operations on track with her steely motivation and warm, friendly smile.
