"The opportunity of working within Futago's team for 8 months helped me understand the value of a collaborative approach, and I came out feeling more confident and learned what could be achieved with a strong process. And I had fun too.”

— Rachel Tribout, Futago Intern Graduate

Fostering young talent.

Our focus isn’t just about our business today – we want to support young designers and help further the design industry for the future.

In 2013, we created a paid internship program to provide real-life learning experience for talented graduates wanting to kick-start their career in design. Prior to this we supported student Bec Adamczeski in her Masters of Visual Communication by providing a placement for her to complete her studies.

The internship program runs for four months, and provides experience in all areas of the design process, from concept creation to finished production.

Working with our designers, the intern is expected to participate in idea generation, prepare final art, attend client meetings and more.

We also regularly take part in education programs and events for design students and those that have recently started their careers. If you would like one of our team to deliver a presentation or talk for your students or staff, please let us know – we are always happy to share our knowledge.
