PROJECT: Internal signage for Hobart Branch

BRIEF: Working with key Library staff and architect, Jonathan Pyefinch, Futago designed updated directory signage for the Hobart Branch of the State Library.

Picking up on the Library’s primary colour, PMS Red 187, we created a signage scheme tailored to this colour. Each sign is a red translucent blades, with white graphics and text. The bright signs sit comfortably within the entry foyer and stairwells, creating an easily identifiable visual wayfinding system.
